Save your $$$
My wife and I gave it two chances. The first shortly after it opened. The pizza sucked. A few months later we decided to give it another shot thinking it may be better since it has been opened for a while. It still sucked. If you want great pizza go to Abodonza. If it weren't for the remodel I wouldn't have given it the one star that I did.

Not Impressed
The food was ok, but the service was terrible. My boyfriend and I waited 30 minutes to order and didn't get our food for another 30 minutes. I had to ask twice for the same drink. Not only that, but our waitress didn't seem even slightly apologetic for the bad service. With all the other nice places to go in West Seattle that have friendly and competent employees, I wouldn’t bother with this place.

Never thought I'd say this, but I miss the Ne
The pizza is decent, and you certainly get your money's worth. But the waitstaff is rude, snobby, and slow. We went there the first time and found the pizza was not very good, but decided to give it a second try. On our next visit, the pizza was greatly improved and we politely mentioned it to the waitress, who snarled "Are you the one's who wrote that *bleeping* blog review?". Not sure what blog review she's talking about, but it wasn't us. Still, she gave us the cold shoulder for the rest of the night, and we ate our pizza without refills on our water, and had to ask for our check from the bar. We gave this place two chances and it failed both times, so I'd say we're done here. One pro is the great remodel though. You'd never recognized it as the New Luck Toy.

Horriffic Treatment
I came to this place shortly after it opened with my entire office with fab results. Service a little slow, but hey they were slammed. I suggested that one of my pals throw her B-day party there (its a big place). Everything was great until a very large patron, clearly drunk, stumbled onto our table, and tossed all of our beverages into our laps. We had alcohol all over our handbags table and clothing. A waitress didn't even bother to bring us a towel. then he sat down and called my friend a "dyke"!!!! We complained to our waitress and asked that he be cut off and at least removed. The bouncer was notifed and went over and shook the drunk jerks hand!!! So much for a girls night out and my good friends birthday. Managment who allows favortism to bigots dosen't deserve my money.

Best Pizza in West Seattle!
We were quickly seated and had drinks arrive shortly after ordering. They have great salads and we tried three different pizza that were all great. We returned the following week during happy hour to enjoy all their great food at 1/2 the price.

Nice try
Good effort on the remodel. Looks great and the open air window/walls are great in the summer. But the restrooms still smell like the New Luk Toilet. Covering the walls in sheets of metal won't hide what's been behind it all these years. It's a nice place to hang for happy hour and a decent slice of pie goes down good enough. But lose the thumpy DJ music and get some real music. Try to attract a more mature crowd. Don't send the 30 & 40 somethings home at 9:00. Then again, I'm sure the Matador loved that stroke of genius. Could have easily been 1 or 2 more stars, but they don't understand their potential audience.

Cool layout, bad food!
Ok, I'm giving this 3 stars, but really it should be considered 4 stars for the atmosphere and 2 stars for the food. The pizza is just plan bad. I'm hopeful that if they are going to call themselves a "Pizza Lounge" that they will continue to work on the product. Come on, no take out? It's pizza!!!I'll give them credit for the remodel though. It's hard to believe that this place used to be New Luck Toy. Nice open space with the ability to view one of the two big plasma televisions from almost any place in the bar. I like the decor as well. I think if the food gets better then this place will make it and be a well needed addition to the Junction.
