| I have been going to Joe's for years and watched it go down hill. I took my daughter there for a treat, it had been awhile since we went. The food was not worth the money, I was totally disappointed. We don't go out much and when we do it is special for us, left there unhappy |

| One bonus star for multiple selections of mashed potatoes. Subtract two stars for making them all waterlogged mush. |

| Good food, good service |  |
| I'm new to Seattle. I ate here for breakfast yesterday and was pleased with the friendly service and the dish I ordered (the Henhouse Rumble). I sat at the back counter and watched some of the food being prepared. The coffee cake looked good (nice large squares served) and the biscuits and gravy they kept dishing up looked great. Huge biscuits and chunky sausage gravy. Gotta try that next time. Saw a few other things on the menu that looked promising as well.
I went back for dinner that night and got the flank steak. Great, friendly service again. The steak was think...I'm used to flank steak being sliced thin so this was rather chewy. Still good. The dinner menu didn't look to have as many inviting dishes on it as the breakfast and lunch menu, but knowing that this place switches up half the menu every three months is promising. |

| Uncomfortable in all areas-seating, silverware (dirty) service (slow) food (mediocre and overpriced.) Give it a miss. |

| This place is horrible. Both the food and the service are baaaaad. I went back for breakfast after my first visit to give them another chance, but no dice - pretty much the same. Too bad there are not many other options on this end of WS :( |
