| | Tiny but great! | | | A very small place, so if you're eating in, you might wait a while. But it's worth it. The Chicken Souvlaki platter is fantastic and the home-made vinaigrette is stellar. Co-owner Demitra is a smart-aleck.
My first time there, I waited quite a while for a table (it was just me) and when a four-seater opened up, I offered it to the couple who came in after me. We ended up sharing the table, got into a great conversation, enjoyed a fantastic meal and a complimentary desert from Demitra, showing her appreciation for us sharing a table. Excellent baklava! | | | | Author: Rich | report abuse | | | | BEST in West Seattle | | | GREAT Food! Worth the wait for a table.. worth the wait for pick up! Wonderful owners. Small cozy place with a great lunch menu. Grapeleaves were phenominal, hummus A+, pita A+, Service A+, all meat cooked to order. The owner is always there and she usually comes around and asks how everything is. They do have beer and wine, not sure about liquor. The rice was really good, mixed with some sort of spice (possibly cinnimon). Even the french fries were above average. I highly reccomend Kokoras! | | | | Author: Bryan | report abuse | | |
