| Customer Service is Terrible at this location | |
| This 1 star rating is strictly for the sub (which was very good), not the employees. I was in today and ordered a ham and cheddar. Asked the man taking my order is it was shaved turkey. He said "I don't know what shaved means." Then I asked him if it was thick or thin sliced. He said "It was just normal...do you want a 6 inch or 12 inch." He didn't offer the option to look at the slices so I could ask for a thin cut. Then, when my sandwich was completed, I asked the lady there if there was BBQ sauce available? She said "BBQ sauce?" I said yes, then she said "I "suppose" so...". I was given the BBQ sauce, but she seemed very put out by it.
I was very disappointed with the customer service I received at this store. There are a lot of Sub Shops around town, which means a lot of competition. If I were the owner of this location, I would certainly instill a pleasant customer service attitude in my employee, not the "whatever" attitude I received today. I wouldn't return to this location just because of the way I was treated today.
I hope this owners take notice. It looks like you have major employee problems. |

| I am the owner of the subshop and we have NEVER been contacted regarding credit card number theft. There has not been a female manager at this location for over 6 six years... |

| Well - let me tell you something about the lady who hung-up - she may not be a manager, but I bet she is the person I just had a run-in with!!! The girl who works there just basically called me a lier to my face because I asked if I could get stamps for the past purchases I made while they were out of cards. She said only if my receipts were stamped. I told her the guy (and pointed him out) didn't stamp the receipts but could verify I did buy them and ask for a card (I was a regular) she said he would stamp them, I doubt you asked - unfortunatly he left during the conversation. Not long after, while Iwas waiting for my sub, another girl came in and brought back her sub. She said she ordered a Turkey ranch but got chicken. The same girl told her that she ordered chicken, end of story. They discussed it for a while, the lead said give her a refund, so as the girl was refunding her, she told the customer in a lower voice - I know you ordered chicken, not turkey - one last jab - Not the best service in the world!!! |

| Ripped off @ this sub shop | |
| I had my credit card number stolen by employees of this sub shop. When I tried to contac the owners of the shop to inform them of this incident I could not get ahold them. i tried to talk to the Manager of the shop and when i told her what had happened, she said "you can't prove anything" and hung up on me. Police are investigating. |
